misoft systems was one of the 40 IT companies from European Union countries selected to participate in the ICT Business Mission.

The event organized by the EU Gateway Programme at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Tokyo took place from 5 to 9 December 2011 and featured briefings, study tours, exhibitions and social events.

The mission included two business exhibition days during which the Company has introduced its technologies and software development services to selected Japanese companies and has exchanged experiences and expertise with local ICT players.

Commenting on the company’s participation in the event, Business Development Manager of misoft systems, Mr. Paul Hrimiuc said: “We found this mission as an interesting opportunity to get more familiarized with the Japanese ICT sector and to better understand the market conditions. Japanese companies’ strong consciousness toward high quality remains the main characteristic of the local market. misoft discovered that Bavaria is an exellent place for innovative and dynamic IT companies opening this year an operational office in Munich. In priority to share investment experience, Iulian Iuga, managing director of misoft-systems, was invited as a speaker at Business conference for Romanian investors in Bucharest. Under the slogan “70,551 km ² chances of your business” he encouraged the participants to engaged in Bavaria.

The Bavarian-Romanian cooperation is no longer a one-way street as more Romanian companies are interested in building the business in Bavaria. The Romanian company inquiries regarding a settlement on the location of Bavaria is increasing steadily.

More than 30 representatives of Romanian companies have taken the opportunity to learn in an interactive work environment via the Bavarian economic region, support options and the legal environment of economic activity in Bavaria.

Business conference for Romanian investors in Bucharest was organized in Bucharest on the 15th of September by the investment promotion agency of the Free State of Bavaria together with the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce.

This new opening will further augment misoft’s services for customers in one of the Europe’s most influential centers and target nearby countries, such as Austria, Netherland and Switzerland.

The Munich office will offer consultancy to new and existing customers which can benefit from local support to complement misoft’s nearshore development center.

The Munich facility began operations on April 2011 with plans for phased-in placement of new employees through the year.
