Leading by example, Iulian has more than 12 years of international experience in the IT industry (working for companies from Germany, US, France, Israel). He has worked as a consultant and system architect for famous German companies like DHL, Deutsche Post and Post Bank and is a SAP BW and SAP XI (PI) certified consultant. An eye for detail, focus and commitment to achieve his goals are his main traits.
Paul Hrimiuc is responsible for leading the company expansion to new international markets and coordinates the sales team. He started at misoft in 2009 as a consultant for implementing CRM solutions and assumed additional responsibilities in 2011. Prior to joining misoft, Paul held different positions within sales and marketing areas across the advertising and real-estate sector. He started his career in the UK where he worked and lived for a few years and holds a master degree in marketing strategies.
Responsible for the technical team coordination and development, Petrisor Pintea is the glue that binds together the misoft development team, working side by side with them to find the best solutions to suit the client’s needs. Cautious about problems concerning the team and the clients, Peter builds solid, long-term relationships with all those who he comes in contact with. The dedication and commitment displayed in his work, together with a passion for Microsoft technologies, make Peter an excellent team leader.
Ovidiu is the embodiment of passion in software architecture and more. Specialized in Microsoft technologies for over 10 years, he has contributed to multiple projects as an architect at misoft. A passion for application frameworks and software quality are what drive him to push his limits every day. His ambition and creativity are contagious traits among his peers at misoft and is always happy to share his knowledge with them.
Working as a consultant, specialized in Microsoft technologies, Marius Podea is an important part of the misoft team. Having an affinity for the development process, he is always strongly present in it and strives to lead his team towards meeting and surpassing client’s expectations. That is why he always tries to involve customers in a close and transparent relationship regarding various development phases.
With a keen eye and oriented towards details, he is able to easily assess a situation in-depth and also provide constructive guidance to ensure that the customer’s needs are treated in a proficient and serious manner. These also are traits which define him and are always reflected in his work.
