misoft systems and Oracle have recently sealed a strategic partnership regarding CRMWeb, the customer relationship management product developed by misoft, which will be developed from now, on Oracle technological platform. The partnership is part of misofts’ objectives to enlarge services in the Romanian field of IT and to access a new segment on the market of CRM users.

This is a collaboration that brings benefits to both the company and its’ clients, who now have a CRM solution available on a largely used and flexible platform. CRMWeb optimizes the selling and marketing processes, the assistance services for clients, reports and allows fast administration of accounts and contacts via Internet.
