March 2008 – misoft systems participated in CeBIT in the Romanian pavilion
misoft systems participated also this year in CeBIT, the world’s most important IT&C fair,
which took place in Hanover between the 4th and 9th
of March, continuing thus the tradition initiated in the past years. The misoft team informed
visitors about the own products and the software development and consulting services offered.
January 2008 - COMPAT becomes exclusive distributor for CRMWeb for Greece
2008 started for misoft systems with a long-term co-operation with COMPAT,
a Greek company specializing on business consultancy. COMPAT has gained
exclusive rights to promote and distribute CRMWeb - our web-based customer
relationship management system - on the Greek market. CRMWeb has been localized
into Greek and has already been implemented successfully for the first customers in Greece.
December 2007 – misoft systems moves into new premises
In December 2007 misoft systems moved into new premises. The new misoft systems
headquarters occupy the entire upper level of an office building in the city quarter
Marasti. The old premises did not fulfill any longer the requirements of a modern office
with regard to the location, equipment and surface. The misoft team is now working in a modern,
generously divided and correspondingly equipped office in a central location.
This relocation has become necessary due to the constant growth over the last year.
October 2007 - misoft systems continues long-term co-operation with AIT AG
misoft systems and AIT AG continue their co-operation in the development of high-quality
custom taylored software solutions with the .NET technology. AIT AG, having its headquarters in
Stuttgart, is one of the leading Solution Providers for distributed software solutions developed
on the basis of .NET. The cooperation focuses on the development of applications for the industrial field.

misoft systems and Infokiosk Italy continue their co-operation with the development
of a media player that supports most of today's video and audio codecs.

misoft systems will present its wide spectrum of outsourcing services and its own
developed software products for the third consecutive time at Systems 2007. Meet us
within the Romanian stand, between 23rd and 26th
October 2007.
June 2007
misoft systems starts work on ISMM Statistics - a module used to generate and
display statistics based on the data collected by geographically dispersed "In Store
Media Manager" devices and stored in a common database - for Infokiosk Italy.

Between the 15th and 21st March 2007
misoft systems was glad to welcome visitors to its stand for the third consecutive time at
CeBIT. Our staff presented visitors the advantages of outsourcing software development,
business processes and call-centre activities. Furthermore we provided visitors with
information about our competences in SAP consulting and ABAP programming.

misoft systems and SigoCon continue their long time co-operation in the field of
software development with a new project - an enterprise resource planning (ERP) application
for a media publishing house.

misoft systems and Covansys Deutschland start co-operation in the field of SAP consulting
within a project for Metro. misoft systems consultants, with an extensive experience in FI-CO are
deployed to the customer's site in Germany and the Czech Republic to support the IBM SAP consulting team.

misoft systems announced its intention to participate at this year's CeBIT. Our team will be

November 2006
misoft systems presented potential customers and partners its services and products at
GITEX in Dubai. We were glad to see that there is a considerable demand for standard business
solutions in the region as well as a growing market for software outsourcing services. Visitors
to our stand showed a great interest especially in our products CRMWeb (a web-based customer
relationships management system) and CRMWeb Mobile, the version for mobile devices. The discussions
within our booth were in many cases followed by presentations and demonstrations of the product
capabilities at the headquarters of the interested companies. We see our first participation at
GITEX as a success due to the business relationships we established. It was also a chance to meet
and to strengthen our relations with our existing business partners located in the region.

misoft systems and CTM Services GmbH start co-operation in the field of software development
with NumberTracker - an application used to automatically extract data from user interfaces of other
applications.

Our expectations are high, as our first participation last year proved to be very successful and brought
us new customers in the field of software outsourcing and new business partnerships. "Our presence

the company's visibility in international business circles." said Mrs. Iuga, who will represent the
company at this year's CeBIT.

At this year's CeBIT trade show, misoft systems will present the latest version of its web-based
Customer Relationships Management System (CRMWeb), developed with the latest technologies to help
organizations automate, standardize and optimize core business processes specific to sales, marketing
and customer support departments. misoft systems is one of the very few Romanian CRM providers with
an own integrated, non-sectoral CRM solution. CRMWeb is available either as installed application (on-site),
or as externally hosted (on-demand) solution. misoft systems is looking to expand its network of international
distributors for CRMWeb. The company has already formed business alliances with partners who are distributing
CRMWeb in Romania, Germany and Switzerland.
